Sir,

With due respect we beg to inform you that small pox has broken out in this area of thhe town in an epidemic form. Most of the people of this area have not been vaccinated. It is a matter of great sorrow that in spite of information the local Health Department for making immediate arrangement for vaccination. We have not yet found any response to save the lives of the people of this area.

May we, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary measure for immediate vaccination in our locality and oblige thereby.
